We accept returns on most purchases, if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days. A return can only be accepted if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition and packaging. If you wish to make a return, please contact us. No return will be processed unless we have agreed to receive the item(s). Refunds will be processed only once the condition of the item(s) has been verified and can be returned to stock.

At Sydney Lane Aesthetics we believe customer service is paramount. We therefore aim to offer a next working day delivery service for Mainland UK orders received before 3:00pm (subject to stock, volume of orders and available transport). However, please note, it is not a guaranteed service and our courier may deliver the next available day. For some parts of the UK such as Northern Ireland and the Highlands, delivery may be more and will take longer.
